Product Overview
ACE PVB film is manufactured through extrusion molding using PVB resin, plasticizers, and additives. With outstanding transparency, heat resistance, and elasticity, our PVB film is widely used in automotive windshields and architectural safety glass.
PVB interlayer not only blocks UV radiation but also provides effective sound insulation and thermal insulation, making glass products comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and energy-efficient.

1. Automotive Grade PVB Film
Available in transparent, green stripe/transparent, blue stripe/transparent, light green, green stripe/light green, and other color options.
2. PVB Sound Insulation Film
For architectural curtain walls and automotive windshields. Thickness starts from 0.76mm. When used in 2mm glass + 0.76mm PVB + 2mm glass configuration, sound insulation reaches 36dB.
3. PVB Thermal Insulation Film
Available in light and dark colors. Compared to standard film, our thermal insulation film shows significantly better infrared blocking (780-2500nm range). Thickness ranges from 0.38-2.28mm.
- Infrared blocking rate: Light film >75%, Dark film >80%
- Visible light transmittance: Light film >87%, Dark film >82%
4. Photovoltaic Grade PVB Film
For BIPV and BAPV photovoltaic components. Thickness: 0.38-2.28mm. Technical specifications:

- Light transmittance ≥90%
- Volume resistivity ≥10¹⁵Ω·mm
- Shrinkage ≤3%
5. Architectural Grade PVB Film
For architectural curtain walls. Thickness: 0.38-2.28mm. Tensile strength ≥20MPa, light transmittance ≥88%. Available in:
- Optical grade: Transmittance ≥90%, haze ≤0.4%
- Ultra-white: Transmittance ≥89%, haze ≤0.8%
- Transparent: Transmittance ≥88%, haze ≤1.0%

- Packaging: PVB film separated by PE film, vacuum-packed in aluminum foil bags, placed in wooden or cardboard cases
- Delivery: Within 15 days after receiving advance payment, unless otherwise specified
- Storage: Store in clean warehouse at ambient temperature, avoid direct sunlight. If unopened, store at 20°C±5°C with 20%-40% relative humidity
- Shelf Life: 2 years if packaging remains unopened at ambient temperature
