ACE PVB film is manufactured through extrusion molding using PVB resin, plasticizers, and additives. With outstanding transparency, heat resistance, and elasticity, our PVB film is widely used in automotive windshields and architectural safety glass.

PVB interlayer not only blocks UV radiation but also provides effective sound insulation and thermal insulation, making glass products comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and energy-efficient.

For architectural curtain walls and automotive windshields. Thickness 0.76mm and above. When used in 2mm glass + 0.76mm PVB + 2mm glass configuration, achieves 36dB sound insulation.

Available in light and dark colors. Compared to standard films, our thermal insulation film shows significantly better infrared blocking (780-2500nm range). Thickness: 0.38-2.28mm.

• Optical grade: Light transmittance ≥90%, haze ≤0.4%
• Ultra-white grade: Light transmittance ≥89%, haze ≤0.8%
• Transparent grade: Light transmittance ≥88%, haze ≤1.0%

Certified to ISO9001 and SGS standards, with comprehensive product test reports available.

• Packaging: Finished PVB film separated by PE film, vacuum-packed in aluminum foil bags, placed in wooden or cardboard cases
• Delivery: Within 15 days after receiving advance payment under normal circumstances
• Storage: Store in clean warehouse at ambient temperature. Avoid direct sunlight. If unopened, store at 20°C±5°C with 20%-40% relative humidity
• Shelf Life: 2 years if packaging remains unopened at ambient temperature
